WarmOrama was a mosey to our first workout location.
Tha Thang:
Tragedy at the Shark Tank house last night when our Elf on the Shelf, Holly Sparkles, was obducted. I found a ransom letter this morning with clues to her location and the ransom demand – 10,000 calories burned and a Taylor Swift Playlist. Clues took us to 5 locations, having to skip one due to time restraints.
1. Location 1 – Playground at the baseball fields. All PAX perform walking merkins and dips around the perimeter of the playground, 10 pull-ups, and 10 step-ups.
2. Location 2 – Bleacher Run
3. Location 3 – Tennis Courts – divide into 4 groups along sideline. One group member runs suicides touching every white line. While PAX is running, the other group members are performing Mt. Climbers or holding plank – adding in a merkin everytime their runner gets back to the baseline. Once one PAX is finished running the next one gets up and runs the same suicide. Complete until all group members have ran. Once all PAX are finished, walking lunges to the exit.
4. Location 4 – Playground by East Buckhead Pool – we missed out on this whirly bird stop due to time restraints.
5. Location 5 – Playground at MES. All PAX perfomred 10 pull-ups, 15 diamond merkins, 20 Big Boys.
6. Location 6 – Turf Field End Zone. No Holly Sparkles at this End Zone so 100-yard sprints to opposite End Zone and 10 Burpees to wrap up the calorie burn. Once the 10,000 calorie burn was verified, Holly Sparkles location was provided.
Holly Sparkles was thankfully found tied to the goal post and unharmed, courageously untied and rescued by Johnny Mac.
