All pax begin in the middle for exercise #1, run to one of 4 corners to complete exercise #2, run the short side of the field to the opposite corner and complete exercise #3, then ❌ to far corner (while stopping at center to complete exercise #1) then complete exercise #4, run the short side of the field to the opposite corner and complete exercise #5. Everytime pax ❌ the middle of the field must complete exercise #1.
