Bricks were set out by Pergo and I with ten yards in between each one.
At the 10 you did 10 merkins and 1 Burpee (11s)
After exercise you would sprint the remainder yards then mosey back to the 20. We held plank til 6 was in.
At the 20 you did 9 merkins and 2 Burpees
We sprinted the remainder and moseyed back to the 30.
Keep doing this till 100 yards completed.
We did a second round and replaced merkins with squats.
