Usual warmups and stretches
Tha Thang:
Set up a 150 yard course.
Cross the course in the following ways:
1. Alligator walk 50 yards, 5 Merkins, sprint 100 yards, 5 merkins, walk back to the start line.
2. Lunge with the block 50 yards, 5 merkins, sprint 100 yards, 5 merkins, walk back, picking up the block at the 50 yard mark.
3. Continue with the following exercises: Bear crawl, Murder bunny, Long jump (kangaroo)
Did a round of Cindy exercises, overhead presses, kettle bells, squirrels (squat + curls).
Modify the second time through, to add in Monkey Humpers (more like Smurf walking), and inch worms. 100 merkins total, lots of good stuff in between.
COT:
COT included prayers for Clog’s wife Becky & thanksgiving and generally asking for God’s favor.
