We held plank while I gave the disclaimer and went through the core principles. We stretched our calves, did runner's stretch, butterfly, pretzel and then did five minutes of Imperial Walkers to the song Baba O'riley by the Who. We moseyed for a lap to the tune of Tom Sawyer by Rush.
Tha Thang:
Everything we did was to music because I got myself an early Christmas present. I picked up a job site blue tooth speaker from Home Depot for $20. It's big like Sakrete's, probably bigger. First song was Bodies by drowning pool. We held plank and did merkins when the song was counting and hand release Merkins when the song said Let the bodies hit the ground. We did Redskin Runs (my name for indian runs because if you're going to offend the libs, you might as well go all the way) to the tune of Run Devil Run by Crowder. We did jumping jacks and Burpees to Tubthumping by Chumbawamba. Everytime the song said I get knocked down but I get up again, we did a burpee. We moseyed with some faster moseying to the song Higher by Creed. Everytime the song said Higher, we would run a little faster. Verses were an average mosey. We ended with some Proud Mary by CCR.switch between flutters and WWIIs during verses. Gas Pumpers during "rolling".

Pray for FlapJacks aunt in Tenessee. It's not looking too good. Pray for Patches daughter just battling with a lot of junk with kids at school and sports. Speed for Need and Bridge run coming up along with regional football game.
