Next, split into two teams, one going clockwise and the other the other direction. There were eight cones around the parking lot with exercises at each. First team to finish wins. Exercises included mercs, burpees, hammers, gas pumpers, SSH, bear crawl, LBCs.
Line two teams up in back for a relay race. Pax work through a list of exercises while one pax from each team carries their coupon to the end of the lot, does a burpee, and returns leaving the coupon.
