Station 1: Goal line corner, Sandbag Overhead Toss
Station 2: Sideline 50 yd line, Hand Release Wide Merkins
Station 3: Opposite goal line, same sideline corner, Jump Squat Tucks
Station 4: Opposite Goal, Opposite Sideline corner, Bonnie Blair Merkins (aka Frenchy Merkins)
Station 5: Opposite Sideline 50, Bonnie Blairs (per leg)
Station 6: Original goal line, opposite sideline corner, Diamond Merkins
Station 7: Same location as Station 1, Sandbag Squats.
