This would be the starting point
-At the start, do 20 reps of each exercise and then mosey to the 2nd light pole and do 20 merkins and then mosey back
-Repeat but reduce to 15 reps and reduce the distance
-Repeat a 3rd time but reduce to 10 reps and reduce the distance
Repeat this same routine for 3 rounds but we changed the exercises at the start
