Planksgviving- We held plank and went around and praised God for how He has blessed us.
Hammer time- We did a warm up to the song Can't touch this- every time the song said "Can't touch this" we did a hand release merkin, every time the song said "break it down" we did Burpees, Every time the song said hammer time we did American hammers. The rest of the time was SSH.
Tha Thang:
We woke up Cindy and took her to the first light pole. We talked about our theme verse for the day- [Col 3:23-24 KJV] 23 And whatsoever ye do, do [it] heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; 24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
So we did 3 burpees and 23 of the following: merkins, squats, OHP, WWI, chest press, mountain climbers, Kettlebell swings, dips, curls, LBC, Skull crushers, shoulder taps, lunges (23 each side), and we were going to finish with 26 burpees (3+23) but we ran out of time so we did 3 blockees and 25 burpees collectively, 5 each.

Pray for Old Yeller down in Richmond Hill for recovery from a stroke I believe. Pray for the family of a man in Macon, part of F3, who had a heartattack and died during a triathalon.
