Quad stretch, On your six, leg stretch both legs, roll onto back and cross leg stretch, Superman, plank, right arm up, left arm up, runner stretch, recover, through the tunnels, imperial walkers, chinooks
Tha Thang:
Run around Pooler Stadium. Circling up at 2 corners
6 Burpees, 7 Squats.
Circle up on backside of stadium for some Bearly Mary. Group performs ab exercise while 1 Pax bear crawls to parking row and back. Switch to next Pax who crawls out and back while rest are performing next an exercise, etc
