Tha Thang:
There were six exercises corresponding to the number of faces on a die.
1. Merkins
2. Kettle Bell
3. LBC
4. Dips
5. Squats
6. Curls

Reps were also based on the face of the die

2. 10
3. 15
4. 20
5. 25
6. 30
7. 35
8. 40
9. 45
10. 50
11. 55
12. 60

We took turns rolling the dice one at a time. Whatever the first number was that was the exercise. The second number was our reps. If a HIM rolled doubles, the next roll for reps were with both dice.

We did six total rounds of four exercises each round and then finished with two rounds of Mary. For this we used both of the dice to achieve higher reps. Each HIM chose the exercise before rolling the dice (Gas Pumpers, Flutter Kicks, American Hammers, LBC, Gas Pumpers, Dollies, Heel Touches, and E2K was our order).
