Had a Circuit laid out around the parking lot.
First run around the tree of Life to a Chem Light on a 1/2 blue bucket. Do the required 1/2 Honker
Run back to the first bench 10 Dips
Then to the City Hall steps 20 weights step ups each leg.
Then 10 Seal sack toss
Then 10 Sq Thrusters
Then to the next bench 10 Incline Merks / 10 Decline Merks
Then to the 40 yards of bear crawl Suicides.
Bear crawl 20 yards run back
Bear Crawl 30 yards run back
Bear crawl 40 Yards then do a 1/2 Honker and run back.
Then to the (4) benches around the flag pole. one step up and over on each bench. SLOW CONTROL DOWN.
Then rise and repeat for 36 Minutes

Can of ab work lots of fun there.
