YHC met Papa Doc for a 3.8 mile EC Run… rallied back at the flag to begin the F3 Luck of the Draw. F3 deck of cards were in play. Positioned about 50 yards from the deck, one pax was to complete 30-35 LBCs while the other pax ran to draw a card. Alternated the turns and the two of us had the time of our life.
