Started with “11’s” doing Mary Katherine’s on one side, star jumps on the other. Then a classic Quarter Pounder with Merkins, Mountain Climbers, LBCs, and SSH. Next onto a Mary-Dora with WWII’s, Superman, and flutter kicks. A set of 5 motivators and then some boat/canoe.
COT:
This was a remote workout as some of us were in Orlando for a work trip. Prayers for safe travels. We welcomed a coworker and hope he finds a local Ao and joins us again!
