On July 20, a HIM by the name of Brutus of F3 Macon, passed away during a Q that morning. He was 63 years old. This morning, YHC lead the Pax in Brutus' last Q that he lead, with some slight modifications.
Some Pax rucked up, and some vested up.
As a group we:
Ran 400m, then all went to wake up cindy.
From one side of the parking lot we did:
25 x each:
Overhead press
Curls for the Girls
Bent over rows
Squats (ruck on)
Riffle carried to opposite side of parking lot.
Then we did
25x each of:
Ruck swings
Merkins (ruck optional)
Upright row
Jump Squats (ruck on)
Riffle carry back to opposite sideline
Repeat those 2 sets.
Brutus' Q called for bleachers. Since we didn't have those, we used the picnic table seats in the playground and we all did 50 step-ups.
