Take a mosey to the new turf fields. Grab the EB blocks down at the new spot.
On the line start at goal. Run 100 yards and back. Move block forward 10 yards, do 10 reps of split squats ea leg. Run 90 yards and back. Move block to the 20, do 20 reps of gas pumpers. Run 80 and back. 30 yard line, do 30 chest press. 70 run. 40 yard line, do 40 OHP. 60 run. 50 yard line, do 50 split squats. 40 run. 60 yard line, do 60 gas pumpers. 30 run. 70 yard line, do 70 chest press. 20 run. 80 ohp. 10 run. 90 split squats. Done.
