Divide-up into teams of either 3 or 4.
As a team … run to station 1, 10 burpees, run to station 2, 20 merks, run to station 3, 40 squats, run to station 4, 80 mtn climbers, run to station 5, 160 LBC's, run to station 6, 320 SSH (or high knees). Backwards run to start.
Repeat except replace running with bear-crawling.
Repeat except replace running with lunge-walking.
