Home bleachers
Tha Thang:
After the bleacher run, line up starting at the goal line every 2 yards down the length of the field facing the home bleachers. Burpee Jump Over Railroad Track … Starting with the pax on the goal line, burpee in between each PAX and jump over the next one to your left. After all pax have gotten through a round, do another railroad track with just running/hurdles. Those burpee jump overs were terrible with 18 PAX!
At the goal line, circle up around the dodecahedron shaped dice to determine the exercise. The group does the rolled exercise while a single PAX is the timer doing Jerry Can Suicides … Which is SIMU (Something I Made Up … Thanks for the acronym Skinny Dip).

Farmer Carry to 10, Sprint back to goal, 1 Burpee
Sprint to 10, Farmer to 20, back to goal, 2 burpees
Sprint to 20, Farmer to 30, back to goal, 3 burpees
Sprint to 30, Farmer Carry all the way back to the goal.

Welcome FNG Buttercup EH'd by Test Tube
Welcome FNG Powder Puff who was running football routes on the field to get ready to play college football up in Indiana in the fall as YHC setup the workout. Invited them to both to join us, but only the 2.0 had sneakers. Dad should join us on Wednesday.
Prayers for PAX M who had to make a trip to the ER yesterday. Thankful for this group and for the opportunity to lead.
