Round 1 – Suicide
-Run 100-ft, complete 25 SSH, run backwards back to start, 3 burpees
-Run 200-ft, 50 SSH, run backwards to start, 3 burpees
-Run 300-ft, 75 SSH, run backwards to start, 3 burpees
-Run 400-ft, 100 SSH, run backwards to start, 3 burpees
Recover and pick up Cindy. One round of 11’s between the islands with merkins and WWIII’s. Alternate rifle carry(named Cusack’s per Ryder) and farmer carry in between. Return Cindy and back to COT for Mary.
10 J-Lo’s, 10 shoulder taps and 15 flutters.
