Pax retrieved Cindy and moved to the start line. Course was set up to approx 500’ in total length.
Pax start at the crawl zone (CZ) , buy in to the CZ with 3 blockees, bear crawl through CZ w/ the coupon, buy out with 3 Blockees
Proceed Carrying coupon to end cone and perform 10 Off Set Merkins on each side
Head back to CZ and buy in with 3 Squat Thrusters, bear crawl through the CZ w/ coupon, buy out with 3 Squat Thrusters
Head to opposite end cone and perform 10 Frebreze’s
Rinse and Repeat until time was called…all Pax had fun
