Tha Thang:
Partner up one group of PAX will run down to a designated area to conduct the following three rounds of exercise
Round 1- 5 murder bunnies with 5 Reverse murder bunnies while partner does flutter kicks then switch once complete head back to start point
Round 2- 5 bear crawls with 5 crawl bears LBC's switch head back to start point
Round 3- 3 murder bunnies with 3 Reverse murder bunnies Gas pumpers switch once complete and head back to the start point.
At the starting point conduct the following exercises between each run.
Round 1- 10X OH Squat, 20X Merkins, 30X Lawnmower Pulls 15 each arm
Round 2- 10X Thrusters, 20X Hammer Curls, 30X Squats
Round 3- 5X Man Makers, 10X Sumo Squat, 30X Chest Press
