Slow 4-count Merkins (aka Backstreet Merkins), Backstreet stretches, high-knees, through-the-tunnels…that’s about it…
Tha Thang:
Hamburger Lite, or Hamburger Helper.
Like the Hamburger or Quarter-Pounder, this is a suicide style workout, about 100 yards in length. 5 Merkins at the baseline, 10 squats with Cindy, 15 LBC, 20 Side-Straddle Hops. The low rep count ensured this was mostly a running workout. Changed it up on the third repetition to Burpees, Curls, Box-Cutters, and Side-Straddle Hops.
Final 15 minutes were dedicated to kick-ball at Bowser’s request. Good guys beat the bad guys something to something.
Not one for the history books, but a good way to keep the heart rate up for 40 minutes or so, and a great start to Friday.
