Am Hammers, mtn climbers, dollies, gas Pumpers, flutter kicks, Freddie mercs.
Interspersed running/core. When finished, reverse the digits of your number and repeat. The guys who had "22" had it easier. The guys who had "29" got "92" as their new number (as in reps).
