Wasted no time and headed straight for pull ups. Got 20. Headed out for a school run. Stopping to get squats and merkins in. On the mosey back we saw the luminous lights of chums vest. Pax made a commitment to show support and run with chum. Chin was upbeat and positive like his normal self running at a brisk 7m mile. Us normal pax lasted about a quarter mile before we wished him all the best.
