Rec dept tried to keep us out with cones blocking the road. Little did they know F3 Westside has a 6th tenet (AO open or closed). Jogged from AO around baseball parking lot checking out the destruction from the "Great Hail Strom of 2023" then to the playground for some Murph prep.
Tha Thang:
10 minute Burpee pull up blast (10 sec rest between)
– 2 minute jumping jacks/seal jacks
– 1 minute squats
– 1 minute squat thrusts
– 1 minute squat thrusts with push ups
– 1 minute pull-ups
– 1 minute rest (jog in place)
– 1 minute burpee pull-ups (moderate intensity)
– 1 minute rest (jog in place)
– 1 minute burpee-pull-ups (slow and steady, but solid)
Jog the long way back to the flag
