Grab a Cindy and mosey to the church across the street for 11's and 22's
YHC had some trouble coming up with a clean playlist for church parking lot, so PAX were serenaded to the sounds of Rolling Stones, a random high-pitched scream that I was proud we all paused to spring in to action if needed, country music with an Alan Jackson emphasis, and Cornhole complaining about the unmotivating music. No one likes an unmotivated cornhole amiright?
1st set: 11's
10 set – 1-arm shrugs with Cindy hard way 10ea arm – originally planned bear crawl with Cindy drag across parking lot but Captain Cheese almost immediately sacrificed his date to the asphalt gods; switched to rifle carry – 1 set – wood choppers with block hard way; continue sets 9/2, 8/3, 7/4, etc. to 1/10
2nd set: 22's
20 set – rifle hold Cindy and perform calf raises – lunge walk with Cindy alternating trunk twist
2 set – Around the World (hold block at head, rotate/roll block around head one lap equals 1 rep); drop by 2's as sets continue 18/4, 16/6, 14/8, 12/10, etc. and believe we made it to 8/14 sets
Time ran out – mosey back to circle for quick 2 mins of Mary – performed high-plank, 10x each side single-arm high-plank-billies, finished with more high plank until 6am
