Clubs= LBC's w/ Cindy
Spades= Squats w/ Cindy
Joker= Rifle Carry across the yard
Each card represented how many reps you accomplished of each exercise, each card was taken at face value (i.e. 2❤️=2 burpees; 5🔸= 5 merkins, etc.. and A,K,Q,J were 10 each).
