As nobody signed up for the Q. We quickly decided a string of peals style workout where we would change out the leadership at each station.
Chum- mosey to playground for max reps pull-ups, knee ups and dips.
Doobie- chase style around playground loop. 5 burpee’s, 50 hammers sprint, reset burpee’s, mercs, sprint reset, squats and Mary as we finished.
Shark Tank – mosey to turf ( reminisced about Chum’s Lt. Dan Q). 30 yards fwd and back Iron Mikes, 20 yard left/right crawling mercs.
Dukes- last man up back home. Mary LBC, flutter, hello dolly, box cutters,
PAX added Bird dogs, hip taps, hi/low plank and froggers.

RH PAX need to get a few men to ruck in October.
