New start time 5:15 seems to be a challenge for some HC begin one. We kicked it off at 5:17, while a couple more rolled in @quikrete style.
Plank waiting for everyone to find their place around the flag. Merks, MC, I.Walkers, 21's with the penalty burpees on the line, nailed it and avoided the penalty burpees, ran to find just enough Cindys remaining for everyone to have a friend.
Tha Thang:
5 point star, with a center point. Beginning at the center, 5 SSH, 10 I. Walkers, 15 merks, 20 LBC. Rifle carry to the top of the star, for 10 OHP, 20 Curls, 30 Bench Press, 40 BOR. Rifle carry back to the center. Rinse and repeat till each 5 points was covered. 30 SSH, 60 I.Walkers, 90 Merks, 120 LBC. 50 OHP, 100 Curls, 150 Benach Press, 200 BOR. Returned Cindy, back to the flag where @swabbie lead in a round of Marys, closed with @quiketre John boats.
