7 Pax set out to honor St. Patrick for even after being taken from his wealthy British village as a 16 year old and held captive for years by the Irish barbarians, he displayed an F3 mindset and did HARD things! He escaped his captives only to later return as a missionary to bring the gospel to the Irish people that once held him captive.
We grabbed cindy to help. Partnered up and one pax completed the work while the runner was the timer.

The the pax completed the Shamrock. It was three cones set and pax leprechaun crawled to the first cone to complete 17 Shoulder Taps. Lunged to the next come and completed 17 Plank Jacks. Leprechaun crawled to the next cone and completed 17 Bonnie Blair’s. Lunged to the finish. Cindy was tire and we used 17 to celebrate the day that St. Patrick DIED. Not the day he was born.(Fact checked).
