Pax embarked on a Mosey carrying the dice o death. The grenade was toted by each Pax alternating after each stop, until we were done. Various exercises of various rep counts were had based on what fate was presented from the dice…The exercises include but are not limited to:
Burpees, Side Straddle Hops, Supermans, Skater Lunges, Sumo Squats, Around the Clock Merks, Lateral lunges, Merkins, Squats and Steps Up.
Pipe Cleaners and Bowl Flushers were had by one Pax
COT:
COT was completed with some stretching in an attempt to copy cat things learned at the Underground.
Prayers for Garret, Hobby's transition to Richmond Hill, Quickrete's return and all other Pax that were missed.
