We all grabbed a cindy and met at the light pole where cones were places 25 yards apart. Each HIM completed 25 reps of the following exercises, sprint 25 yards, complete 3 burpees, and run back to complete exercise. Exercises included 175 Curls, 150 Squats, 125 OHP, 100 Kettlebell Swings, 75 merkins, 50 Thrusters, 25 Bonnie Blairs, 25 Blockee's. Some made it to merks, most made it to kettlebell swings. Great work by all, and the playlist this morning was FIRE!!!!! Awesome to see Spokes in the gloom this morning!
