So 4 of the PAX started the normal Ruck Route.
2 Pax stayed back and got a quick leg smoke session in: 5 Rounds 15 sandbag squats, 100m sandbag carry, 12 sandbag lunges, 100m carry. We took turns swapping between an 80# and 60# sandbag. After we finished 5 rounds we put our rucks on and hit the normal route in reverse to catch the other PAX. We met up right at a mile into the ruck. So the OG Ruckers hit 3.2 miles and the PT Ruckers hit 2 miles plus the PT
