YHC led the Monday shake down as we shed the weekend weight and woke up cindy to help add pain. Each pax lined up on the parking spot with a sprint distance set before us. We started with 100 ups. Each pax lifted their knees to hip height 100 times to warm up.
Sequence of work was inspired by Pergos backblast.
Began with curls and lunges.
1 rep of the first exercise then sprint down for 1 rep of the other.
Then two reps. Three… etc. all the way up to 10.
Changed workout.
Squats and merkins. Same sequence.
Changed workout.
OHP and Pax called out some work. Same sequence.
Fled to the flag.
Completed 50 LBCs
