Tha Thang:
THE THANG
Mosey to the hurt locker and pick up Cindy. Go to the top of the pond. Partner up

One partner takes both Cindy's and begins farmer carry towards the far end of the pond while the partner does five burpees and then sprints in pursuit. Once they catch up, they switch roles and continue to the far end

ROUND 1
Once at the far end One partner does 20 curls while their partner does 20 squats. Once complete, continue pursuit back to starting point.

Once back at starting point, partners do abdominals of choice until all teams finish.

INTERMISSION
– 20 raise the baby
– 20 dips (4 count)
– 20 kettle bell swings
20 bent over rows

ROUND 2:
repeat only with rifle carry and Bonnie blares (10 each leg). Once at the far end, complete 20 (four count) decline presses and 20 LBC (4 count)
