Tha Thang:
-Together, as a group, we moseyed down to the curve of the bus loop and did 10 Colosseums.
-Then we moseyed to the speed bumps and did a mountain man pooper at every other bump we passed by til we got to the last bump, then moseyed to the parking lot.
At the parking lot:
-We did suicides, starting on one side of the lot, did 3 burpees and we ran to the first line and did 10 groiners and ran back.
-We did 3 burpees again and ran to the second line and did 20 merkins and ran back.
-We did 3 burpees again, ran to the third line, did 30 WW2s and ran back and did our final 3 burpees. Ended up doing two rounds of suicides and picked up the six.
Moseyed back to the speed bumps repeated the mountain man pooper at every other bump we passed by til we got to the last bump and then moseyed to the bus loading area. From there, we did 30 dips on cue and around-the-world merkins, doing 10 each direction, followed by 1 minute of air chairs.
Then I turned it over to Door Jam to lead us in his signature exercises: Chicken peckers which are shoulder taps with our feet up against the wall, and Obligeraters which are mountain climbers in the same position – 10 IC for both back to back.
Next we did 1.5 laps of an Indian run that finished back at the flag. We ended the Q with a 1 minute hold in plank.
