3) 10x squat thrusters suitcase carry cindy left arm to next pole
4) 10x side to side mericans (deconstructed push-ups on cindy) rifle carry to next pole
5) 10x v ups with cindy suitcase carry right arm to next pole
6) 10 burpees, lunge to sign (20 m) then rifle carry to next pole
7) 20x push press suitcase carry with left arm to next pole
8) 3x Bear complex (1 clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press, 1 back squat, 1 push press) rifle carry to next pole
