10 IC, TTT, IC, IW, MC, Merks, and Chinooks- mosey to get Cindy from the dark whole.
Tha Thang:
5 Pull ups- 50 Bench Press, 50 LBC, 40 SSH, 40 Calf raises (with Cindy), 30 Merks, 30 curls- Run to the bottom of the parking lot and back to the pull ups. Rinse and repeat subtracting 1 pull up and 10 of the others till nothing was remaining after 5 rounds. Running became more frequent but @backend continued to prove he is not to be challenged.
Put Cindy back to bed.
