Title: Annual F3 Pooler 5k drag race

Betty Crocker warmed up the pax while YHC prepared for the drag-race start.
YHC observed some deconstructed SSH, possibly some mountain climbers, some stretches, some high knees, some toy soldiers
Tha Thang:
Drag-race 5k. According to an estimated 5k time for each pax, a stagger-start, drag race style was used.
The plan worked better than last year: the top three finished within 30 sec and all pax within about two minutes. All results shown in the attachment.
Awards were given:
Farva’s 2.0 received the coveted horse-head for finishing first (though we had no good estimate)
Betty Crocker received the visibility vest for beating his time without excess sandbagging
Farva gets honorable mention for matching his estimated time within two seconds
Side note, other than Farva, all pax improved on their estimated time by 24 sec to two minutes.
