We completed a suicide style workout using the 9 poles at the bus ramp.
Round 1- We sprinted to the first pole completed 10 merkins, sprint back to starting line, sprint to second pole 10 merkins, sprint back to start, etc. Total of 80 merks.
Round 2- Same format switched exercise to Flutter Kicks x20, half way through we changed to iron man flutters, Total of 160 flutters.
Round 3- Changed exercise to Squats x10, Total of 80 Squats
Round 4- Burpees x3, Total of 24 burpees
Had time for a little bit of Mary, 25 Boxcutters Colosseum Style in cadence and 25 reverse crunches.
After a good workout it was decided that coffee was earned. Being the High Impact Men that we are we ran to Dunkin, yes ran, decided that we wanted Enmarket coffee instead so we Bernie Sandered all the way back to the Enmarket for coffee and fellowship. After coffee I rifled carried Pergo to the half way mark, we switched and he rifled carried me back to the colosseum…It happened…ask Pergo, he'll tell you!
