Sarge (F150 4×4) parked in the middle of the parking lot with tow straps on front and rear brought some mumble chatter. At the center of the lot by the flag 20 merks run a lap, then pull Sarge to the front end of the lot to do 11-Heels to Heaven, 30 LBC, 22, Gas pumpers, pull sarge back to center for 20 merks run the lap, pull Sarge to the rear of the lot for 11 Not worthy, 30 Curls, 22 Bench press. Rinse and repeat till time. Finished with 120 merks, 5 laps and two sets of each end.

Irony today was @backstreet anniversary from the accident and surgery of the encounter with the Ford F150 quad cab. Praise for his recovery and prayer to keep getting that way. @noodles friend who lost her mother over TG and now facing the burden of issues that comes with the passing, praying for family to stick to together and not get greedy.
