We dug Cindy out of the marsh and showed her some attention the full workout but not before we each had to complete 20 pull ups while the rest of the pax held rifle position. Rotated accordingly until all 5 pax finished.
We moseyed around the trail with Cindy on our backs and stopped at various pain stations.
