The mental anguish was enough so just did 3 burpees as penalty for our shortcomings.

Tha Thang:
Stacked workout, 10 reps of each adding to previous working around the lake. Alternating between mozy, sprint, bear crawl and lunge walk between every 2-3 light poles to next round.

1st Round – 10 Big Boys Sit-ups (the right way, standing up at end)
2nd, Add 10 merkins
3rd – Add 10 Jump Squats
4th – Add 10 V-Ups
5th – Add 10 Bonnie Blairs EL (at this round, reverted back to normal sit ups)
6th – Add 10 Freddie Mercs
7th – Add 10 Carolina Dry Docks
8th – Add 10 Windshield Wipers EW
Line up for Indigenous Persons / Guardians Run / Former Indian Run to almost corner then Jail break to corner pole
9th – Add Reverse Crunches
Sprint last ~200 yards to the flagless circle arriving at 0600

COT:
Count, Names, Focker shared the positive impacts and his thoughts from reading Freed to Lead. Discussed that all PAX should give it a read as it gives more of an insight into why we are into F3 and the positive things that come from this group beyond just a morning workout.

Pledge, prayers for Father Furman and his family as he begins treatment. Prayers for families, safe travels, F3, our country, freedom and safe return to school.
