Slow mosey to front parking lot gathering in left corner (facing the road). Start at grass and do suicides every parking space to island. Once you reach island jail break back to start. Slow mosey to blocked off entrance closest to front door. Sumo squat from barrier through canopy. Mosey to canopy leading into kidz section. Bear crawl through covered area continuing to end of island. Slow mosey back to the entrance to back parking lot. Walk to next island than jail break to grassy area nearest bus shed.
Gather cindy and gather at parking lot between building and bus shed.
11s . On first side over head press. Other side by the kids section of building calf raises IC. Transition is a mosey. Stow Cindy.
Mosey to back parking lot where basketball goal is.
7s. One side WW1 sit-ups and other side by the pond hand release merkins.
Grab spot on curb. 20 dips on Q. 20 steps ups OYO each leg. Jailbreak across parking lot nearest back of church.
