Warm Up Movements: merkin dogs, dive bombers, MNC’s, snuffies, Thru-the-tunnels
Tha Thang:
The Squid Games is the hit Netflix series from South Korea. Basically a survival game show with contestants with various backgrounds and come to the game for many different reasons. A commentary on the human condition.
One of the deadly games from the show was “Red Light, Green Light”. Exercises include all incorporating the use of the bricks that were flown in from the original Colosseum, lol:
– Pulse Squats
– Merkins
– ISO Curls
– Pickle Pushers
– ISO Bent Over Rows
– Shoulder Press
– Leg Lifts
– ISO Tricep Kickbacks
– After two rounds of movements we paused and did Suicide sprints. Then moved to the next two exercises.
After completing all 8 rounds finished up with:
– Nutcracker suicide lunges (with bricks).
– Single leg Merks (with bricks).
