Pretty simple. Put 50# in your ruck. High five those that showed. Up, over, and back. A little over 5 miles total.
COT:
Fro EH’d his neighbor Rob who happens to ruck as part of his profession. He nor Fro broke a sweat the entire time. Can’t say that for the other two ruckers.
Bridge was busier than usual. Lots of traffic. And probably need to wear more reflective gear next time. We almost lost one PAX to a drifting Mack Truck. Yikes
Nevertheless, great first and second F time together!
