Like any good Fro-Zone Q we had 3 thing present. A little confusion, good mumble chatter and my infamous cones.
YHC had 5 Total stations spaced out and marked with said cones, on the bus loop with the main station being nearest to the flag. The main station’s exercises consisted of the following.
35 – Squats w/ Cindy
30 – Curls w/ Cindy
25 – Calf Raises
20 – OHP w/ Cindy
Pax then moseyed to the farthest set of cones to perform 4 more exercises, which were as follows:
10 – 8 Count Man-Makers
10 – Colosseums
10 – Gas Pumpers
10 – Bonnie Blairs (each leg)
Pax then moseyed back to the main station near the flag to start over with the aforementioned exercises. Rinse and repeat until we worked ourselves back to the closest set of cones (station). Great work by all!
