Mosey to the 1st light pole on Sallie Mood past the picnic tables. We did a modified version of IronPax week 2 2021.
YHC set a EMOM timer for 2 min.
Work through 50 reps of the 3 exercises below. Start at one light pole, and each time the timer goes off, you run to the other light pole. Work back and forth between those 2 poles.
When you complete all 50 reps of an exercise, run 2 light poles away from the pole you were working at and then back, and start on the next exercise.
Exercises:
1. Kracken Burpees(burpee with 3 hand release merkins)
2. X factors(1:1)
3. BDE Burpees(burpee with a Bonnie Blair and a jump squat when you come up from the merkin)
I don’t think anyone finished. YHC made it to 39 BDE burpees.
