Started things in a top down manner with:
– Chinooks
– Arm Circles
– Don Quixotes
– Thru the Tunnels
– SSH
Tha Thang:
The workout was a running workout with stops for exercises. We departed the Ao and ran for approximately 1/10 of a mile and stopped to do the first sequence. This was (5) burpees plus (10) reps of whatever Pax1 (BC) called (wide arm merkins). We then ran another ways and stopped where we did the (5) burpees, (10) merkins, and (10) reps of whatever Pax2 (CB) called (Jungle Boy Squats). Rinse and repeat by running 1/10 to 1/4 of a mile between stops and eventually building up to the final sequence of exercise called by all seven pax:
5 burpees
10 wide arm merkins
10 Jungle Boys
10 Imperial Walkers
10 Scissor Kicks
10 Snuffys (later modified to monkey humpers – even Bogey was bashful when thrusting toward the traffic on Pooler Pkwy)
10 Dips
10 star jumps
To finish off we ran back to the flag (about a mile) and then hit our six for some boat/canoe
