9 Pax tackled the 4.5 mile Spartan trail run. We picked up a Brady Bunch along the way and and there was a Honker sighting but we went back to hiding in the woods before he could join us. Great weather and low humidity meant we were able to add the goal post shimmy (which is still not tall enough for Tiny Tim!!!) and crush all of the monkey bar sections. We completed a wall climb, x3 sections of ankle biter rock climbs, conquered the sand hills, beasted Mt Pooler, scraped our knees on a few drain tunnel climbs, went swinging through the Around the World on the pull up bars, suffered through the burpee bridge, and Bogey toughed it out on a snapped femur which occurred while he fought off a Bear 🐻 attack to save the rest of the Pax. Such a classy fella that Bogey is! All in all a good day on the course. No casualties, no one left alone in the woods, and as was apparent yet again, I am still NOT a professional
Great push today gents and a BIG shout out to Lake Mayer for setting a sub 0400 alarm to make the trek over to Pooler!
